Ivy May  Wright
Ivy May Wright, 98, of Enfield, widow of George Wright (1990), entered into eternal peace Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Johnson Memorial Medical Center in Stafford. The daughter of the late James and Nellie (Chubb) Morley, Ivy was born and raised in Nottingham England. She was employed at the Rolls Royce Aircraft factory assembling Airplane Engines during WWII. She immigrated to the U.S. moving to Greenwich, CT in 1947 where she was employed by the Greenwich Public Schools and later Barnes Engineering where she retired from after 15 years. Ivy lived in the Enfield community for 33 years. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, and going to Mohegan Sun casino. She also enjoyed travelling. She is survived by her two daughters, Pauline Caminiti and her husband Natale of Enfield, Janet L. Wright of Broad Brook, a daughter-in-law, Dawn W. Wright of Falmouth, MA; five grandchildren, Natalie Moschetti of Enfield, Kevin Caminiti and his wife Valerie of Moseley, VA, Christopher Caminiti and his wife Emerly of Los Angeles, CA, Christine Procon-Merritt of Enfield, Brian Wright of Falmouth, MA, a granddaughter-in-law Shannon Caminiti of Tolland; eleven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband George, she was predeceased by a son, Christopher George Wright, a grandson Jamie Caminiti (April 8, 2017), a sister Kate Finch, and a brother, William Morley.
