Caroline Prince peacefully passed away at home on June 26, 2019 at the age of 61 years old. Caroline was born in Hartford, Connecticut on November 3rd, 1957. She is predeceased by her mother, Elizabeth Gove-Prince, her father Robert Prince, and her brother Raymond Prince.
Caroline Prince was survived by five siblings; Carl Prince of Enfield, Connecticut, who was also her caretaker, Mary St Louis of Stillwater, Maine, Patricia Semanie of Agawam, Massachusetts, Carole Reyome of Williamstown, Massachusetts, and Royce Prince of East Hampton, Connecticut. Caroline was also survived by her two daughters, Barbara Harris and Christine Asselin, her son-in-law Charles Asselin Sr., and her amazing five grandchildren, Dante Ringwalt, Charles Asselin Jr., Antonia Asselin, Marcus Abatayo Jr., Logan Curtis and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
As a lifelong resident of Enfield, Connecticut, Caroline worked at Tommy’s Supplies until 2017. She enjoyed spending time with her children, and grandchildren, knitting, and loved her three cats dearly. She enjoyed trips to Maine and visiting the beaches there. The family would like to give a special thank you to Johnson Memorial Enfield Cancer Center and all of the doctors, nurses and staff that made a positive daily impact on Caroline’s days through her treatments.
At the wishes of Caroline Prince, a private ceremony will be held just for immediate family.
