Obituary for Patrick James Roche
Patrick J. Roche, 68, of Enfield, beloved husband of Frances (Macaluso) Roche, entered into Eternal Rest on Thursday, June 13, 2019. Son of the late James and Christine (Smith) Roche, he was born in Hartford, CT in March 20, 1951. Patrick was a member of the Enfield Democratic Party. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching the Yankees and Nascar, and restoring and driving classic cars.
In addition to his loving wife Frances, Patrick is survived by his children, Darren Roche and his wife, Sarah of FL, Jamie Roche and his wife Julie of AUS, and Stephanie Roche of FL; his stepsons, John Riedel and his wife Tia of South Windsor, and Scott Riedel of Enfield; his brothers, Horace Buerle of Ansonia, and Tim Roche of FL; his sister Beverly Stockmal of Ansonia; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Alexandra, Darren, Jr., Katheryn, Jack, Aidan, Vincent, Nadia, and Dylan.
Patrick’s family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, June 19 from 5 - 7 pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd, Enfield. A funeral service will follow at 7 pm. Burial with be private, at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations in Patrick’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
